A night to remember at Cleveland's Windows on the River!
Ring in 2024 at Cleveland’s premier event space on the Flats West Bank. Toast the New Year with spectacular skyline (and underwater) views, hors d’oeuvres, dancing and drinks. You’ll control the vibe and let the night flow with any of our 5 rooms of entertainment, featuring multiple bars serving premium liquor, beer and wine.

TICKET POLICY
Ticket transfers are not available. Resold tickets will not be accepted night of the event. Primary purchaser must be present with ID for their group to enter event.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds up to 7 days before event. Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable.
SHUTTLE
Ticketed attendees are welcome to take a FREE shuttle to our event, provided by Vitalone’s Limousine service. Take the shuttle one way or ride with us roundtrip! The shuttle will stop at two destinations: Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown (1460 E 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44114) and The Ritz-Carlton, Tower City (1515 W 3rd St, Cleveland, OH 44113). If you plan to utilize the NYE shuttle, email nye@windowsontheriver.com.
1st Vitalone’s Limousine Shuttle Pickup

The first Vitalone’s Limousine shuttle return trip occurs after the ball drops at 12:15am.
NOTE: Aloft Hotel guests can access a separate 11-passenger shuttle which begins picking up VIP ticket holders at 6:30pm and starts return service to the hotel at 12:15am on a first-come, first-served basis.
PARKING
There is a spacious Powerhouse lot and parking is included with your Windows On The River New Year’s Eve ticket.
