As an added bonus, guests can head under the sea to explore Greater Cleveland Aquarium with a drink in hand. The party culminates with a massive balloon drop at midnight, perfectly timed with the NYC countdown displayed on multiple 8’ x 9’ video walls!

Ticketholders are invited to take advantage of the special hotel rates at Aloft Cleveland Downtown and Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown.

  • Book a discounted $189 room at Aloft by December 4, 2026, by clicking Includes 1pm late checkout on January 1 AND a complimentary Aloft shuttle to the NYE party for all Aloft guests! (Shuttle times will be posted in lobby.)
  • Book a room at Drury Inn by December 17 at a discounted rate of $144 for a 1 King Bed Deluxe room or $153 for 2 Queen Bed Deluxe room by clicking here. Reservations may also be made by calling 1-800-325-0720 and referring to group number 10204610. Drury Hotel stays include complimentary hot breakfast.

 

COST

$195 general / $240 VIP*

Does not include taxes & fees. Must be 21+ to enter. Valid state ID required. All bags and guests are subject to security screening upon entry.

*A limited number of VIP tickets are available that include early access to the party (7-8pm) and to Greater Cleveland Aquarium (7-8pm) with a dedicated coat room, music and specialty cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres and party favors.

TICKET POLICY

Tickets must be pre-purchased. Ticket transfers are not available. Resold tickets will not be accepted night of the event. Primary purchaser must be present with ID for their group to enter event.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds up to 7 days before event. Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable.

PARKING

There is convenient parking in the expansive lot located directly in front of the building. Parking is included with your Windows On The River New Year’s Eve Party ticket. Vehicles left overnight may be picked up within 24 hours of the event.

SHUTTLE

Take the shuttle one way or ride with us roundtrip!

Ticketed attendees are welcome to take a FREE shuttle to our event, provided by Vitalone’s Limousine service. The shuttle will stop at two locations: Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown (1380 E 6th St, Cleveland, OH 44114) and Tower City/The Ritz-Carlton (1515 W 3rd St, Cleveland, OH 44113).

Guests planning to utilize the NYE shuttle from either location must email nye@windowsontheriver.com.

The first Vitalone’s Limousine return shuttle trip occurs after the ball drops at 12:15am.

NOTE: Aloft Hotel guests can access a separate hotel shuttle. Times will be posted in Aloft lobby and boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.
